About Me

I have been practicing massage therapy in the Vancouver, Washington area since 2001. I started this journey based upon my interest in alternative and simple natural remedies for maintaining good health. I was drawn to massage therapy through my initial training in hydrotherapy treatments and simple nutrition. In the year 2000, I attended Cedar Mountain Center for Massage in Vancouver, Washington. Upon graduating, I began working in a Chiropractic environment which enabled me to treat a variety of health issues associated with musculoskeletal pain related to auto, work and sports injuries as well as preventative maintenance. My goal is to create a professional, positive and safe environment that provides maximum healing potential and freedom from stress, chronic pain, injury and other health ailments. I have participated in many health fairs and special events for athletes in the community and have numerous hours of continuing education training. Whether it is through the pain of an injury, trauma and stress or the joy of receiving a gift certificate, my clients have helped me to strengthen my compassion for this incredible work of massage therapy!

My current goal is to become certified in Structural Relief Therapy (SRT) through advanced instructor and mentor Taya Countryman, LMP. For more information on this modality please visit www.structuralrelieftherapy.com.
